HR Award

The HR Award is an award granted by the European Commission to research establishments which implement the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers based on the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. It is a recommendation by the European Commission obliging research establishments to ensure adequate working conditions, career development systems and transparent procedures in the recruitment of researchers.

HR Excellence in Research Award for CTU

CTU in Prague received a prestigious award, the “HR Excellence in Research Award“ from the European Commission on 10th September 2019, and the two-year implementation phase is currently in progress. At present, CTU has already implemented its Code of Ethics as an internal regulation, the Intellectual Property Rights protection and services of Technology Transfer are supported. The Career Code and documents and procedures for the evaluation of academic staff members are also fully available.  Additional information can be found on the CTU website.
